- Fresh graduates or those with a maximum of 2 years work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in:
- Marketing, Management, or Communication-related majors for the Marketing Stream
- Engineering related-majors for the Operation Stream
- Minimum of GPA 3.25 (D4/ S1) or 3.5 (S2)
- Have an internship and organizational experience
- Have a solid leadership skills
- Have an innovative, experimental mindset, and the drive to deliver business results
- Passionate to work in FMCG
- Willing to be placed all over Indonesia
