Job Description :
- Monitoring supply levels of raw materials and communicating with SCM to ensure adequate stock is maintained
- Reviewing reports from Area managers regarding performance, customer service, and compliance issues
- Developing new customer relationship and managing existing client relationship to increas sales and profits
- Monitoring operational efficiency and recommending changes to improve productivity
- Ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality control
- Managing the day-to-day operations of a branch location, including hiring, training, and coaching employees
- Placement in Surabaya
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in all majors
- Have at least 3 years of experience as a regional operations manager
- Strong leadership qualities to guide teams and foster a productive working environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and deicision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and people management skills to lead and motivate multiple teams, including hiring, training, and performance coaching
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
- Ability to travel frequently across the region to oversee operations and meet with area managers or store supervisor
