Qualification :
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing Communication, Project Management, Literature, Media, or a related field
- Prior experience in administrative roles or project coordination is advantageous.
- Proficient in time management, capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- High level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks and deliverables.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content that aligns with client briefs and talent personas.
- Proactive and self-motivated, demonstrating initiative in problem-solving and task completion
- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
Responsibilities :
- Completing administrative tasks required by the Client & Internal team needs
- Assist in updating data on the project tracker with the project manager
- Assisting the Project Manager in overseeing deadlines and collaboration milestones for the project
- Regularly updating the Tracker viewers’ YouTube account Nihongo Mantappu
- Supporting the project team’s needs during field activities alongside the project team
- Create a branded content storyline according to the client’s brief and the talent’s character
