Job Description :
- Identifying and selecting suitable suppliers for various goods and services
- Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers
- Creating and issuing purchase orders to suppliers
- Monitoring the status of orders and ensuring timely deliver
- Handling any problems or disputes with suppliers
- Evaluating suppliers based on quality, delivery, and pricing
- Identifying opportunities to reduce purchasing costs
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
- Experience in the retail or food & beverage industry is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
