Responsibilities :
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Prepare presentations or reports as assigned
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information in organized and easily accessible
Requirements :
- Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree in Secretary, Management, Administration or similar
- Recent graduate or up to 2 year relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
- Enthusiasm for learning and proactive attitude
- Good standard of written English and communication
