Responsibilities :
- Manage and execute payroll process activities such as calculate, proceed and report salary, incentive, overtime, etc
- Managing employee taxes
- Manage employee leave reports
- Handling employee personal & master data
- Handling employee compensation and benefits such as life and health insurance, pension fund, allowances, etc
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures regarding compensation and benefits.
Requirements :
- Diploma degree from Accounting or Tax is a must
- Having minimum 1 year experience as Payroll Officer but Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong attention to detail and good with numbers
- Good attitude, honest and strong integrity
- Willing to work in North Jakarta
