Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Psychology
- Minimum 1 year experience as Human Resource Staff
- Experienced in psychological testing use and practice
- Familiar with the BEI (Behavioral Event Interview) method
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc)
- Open-minded, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills
