- APP Group is seeking driven and environmentally conscious graduates to join our Forestry – Environmental Downstream Management Trainee Program, a development track designed to prepare future leaders in sustainable forestry operations, environmental compliance, and downstream certification systems. - What You Will Experience In this program, you will gain first-hand experience in enhancing the environmental integrity of our production and distribution network. The program offers deep exposure to mill-based environmental management, including audit readiness, documentation control, and engagement with key stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure traceability, adherence to environmental regulations, and continuous improvement in sustainability performance.
Candidate Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major (Forestry, Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management)
- Fresh Graduate up to maximum of 2 years of working experience
- Minimum GPA of 3.50 out of 4.00
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to be placed at Central Jakarta
