Responsibilities :
- HR Service:
- Supervise and ensure accurate and timely processing of HR operations
- Ensure HR documentation complies with internal policies and labor regulations
- Industrial Relations (IR):
- Labor Relations: Act as a liaison between management and labor unions, handling union negotiations, griveances, and disputes
- Collective Bargaining: Assist in negotiating labor contracts, including wages, benefits, working conditions, and dispute resolution procedures
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate and resolve employee conflicts, complaints, and disputes in a fair and consistent manner
- Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and workplace safety standards
- Policy Development: Assist in developing and reviewing company policies related to employee relations, ensuring alignment with legal standards
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Minimum 10 years of experience in IR or HR operations
- Familiar with Labor Regulation
- Having working experiences in Labor dispute litigation will be an advantage
- Willing to be placed in Head Office – Surabaya
