Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to ensure team success
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the organization
- Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and fit the company culture
- Build networks to develop a pool of candidates for various functions
- Ensure compliance with employment laws an regulations in all recruitment activities :
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
- Having experience in Headhunter for various level
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a recruitment role
- Solid working experience as Talent Acquisition Supervisor for at least 2 years
- Willing to be placed in Head Office – Surabaya
