Job Descriptions :
- Providing services to customer related to cash deposit, customer mutations, saving accounts, and others
- Handling and managing complaints that related to customer
- Doing cross-selling of banking products
Job Qualifications :
- Candidate must posses at least Diploma (D3) in any field
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field for Sales & Service Officer position
- Good communication skills and strong knowledge about banking
- Able to speak in Hokkien, Teochew, or Mandarin will be an added value
- Resides in the placement city (preferred)
- Placement: Stabat, Tanjung Balai Karimun
