Responsibilities :
- Develop recruitment strategy for man powe request fulfillment
- Mapping talent Assessing talent for promotion program Create development program for selected talent
- Supervising the recruiting team and reporting on its performance
- Implement new sourcing methods
- Research and choose job advertising options
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Participate in job fairs and career events
- Conduct assessment process for all level of the company
- Provide individual assessment reports
Requirements :
- Education minimum S2 Professional Psychology
- Certified as Assessment Center Assessor or Psychologist (please attach your Assessor Certificate or SIPP when applying)
- Well organized and good clerical ability
- Excellent Communication and coordination needed
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Experienced in conducting competency-based interviews, psychological and assessment test report analysis
- Willing to be place at Head Office – Depok, Jawa Barat
