Responsibilities :
- Montoring internet network for HO & Branch servers (internet Uptime)
- Follow up to the ISP if having problems getting connected to a network
- Ticketing
- Troubleshooting store problems & POS application problems via remote
Requirements :
- SMK (Computer Engineering and Networks/TKJ)
- Male, maximum 27 years old
- At least 1 year experience in related position
- Willing to be placed at Depok, Jawa Barat
