Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or HR Management
- Minimum 1 year of experience as OD (preferably in a manufacturing company)
- Good understanding of competency development & performance management
- Familiar with HRIS, workload analysis, and appraisal tools
- Experience in employee engagement or culture-related activities
- Strong English communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage projects well
Responsibilities :
- Analyze data for competency and performance development
- Assist in job review and workload analysis
- Support employee appraisal processes
- Help in organizational structure and role changes
- Coordinate culture awareness and engagement events
- Prepare reports and manage OD program documents
