Job Description :
- Schedule appointments for vehicle servicing and repairs
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
- Generate reports on customers feedback, service request, and product inquiries
- Build and nurture long-term relationship with customers to ensure repeat business
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communication or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the automotive industry, is an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service
