Job Description :
- Support the completion and submission insurance documents
- Help coordinate and send salvage units to insurance companies
- Follow up on Account Receivables (AR) from insurance companies
- Support the admin team to achieve AR targets
Requirements :
- Must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Accounting, Management, or related fields
- At least 1 year of experience in administration or AR handling (fresh graduate also welcome to apply)
- Good communication skill, detail-oriented and organized in handling documents and data entry
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general document management
- Able to work with targets and support the After Sales team in achieving goals
