Job Requirement :
- Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or Logistics is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in distribution/logistics administration.
- Able to manage distribution documents and ensure the completeness of delivery data.
- Experienced in processing and verifying invoices from transporters.
- Capable of coordinating effectively with the finance team regarding payments and reporting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and administrative/logistics systems.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Descriptions :
- Prepare and manage all distribution-related administrative documents, including delivery orders, shipping manifests, and receipts.
- Verify delivery data and ensure all shipment records are accurate and complete.
- Receive, check, and process invoices from transporters in accordance with company procedures.
- Coordinate with the finance department regarding invoice verification, payment schedules, and supporting documents.
- Maintain organized filing systems for distribution documents, invoices, and payment records.
- Communicate with transporters to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing or delivery documentation.
- Monitor distribution schedules and update relevant stakeholders on shipment status.
- Prepare regular reports on distribution activities, invoice status, and payments for management review.
