Job Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Logistics, Supply Chain, Management, or related fields
- At least 2-3 years of experience in warehouse, hub, or distribution operations, with 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management systems
- Familiar with last-mile delivery process and hub operations
- Good leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic ERP/WMS systems
- Good communications skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage
- Willing to work flexible hours weekends if required
- Willing to be placed on Sungai Pinang, Samarinda
Job Descriptions :
- Oversee daily operations of the Samarinda hub to ensure smooth receiving, sorting and dispatch processes
- Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure compliance with SOPs
- Coordinate with the central warehouse and other hubs regarding replenishment and order fulfillment
- Ensure timely delivery and pick-up schedules in line with company service level agreements (SLAs)
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized hub environment
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
