- As MT ADH, you will also be exposed to diverse functions: Accounting, Legal Compliance, Procurement, Audit, Human Resources, Safety, and many more. These functions will expose you to our excellence leader across divisions to ensure an excellence head start and prepare you to become an adaptive, versatile, and great leader.
As Management Trainee Administration Department Head, you will play a significant role in :
- Headed and supported the day-to-day operation of the finance branch administration.
- Review and analyze potential risk, and provide insight to inform strategic decision-making.
- Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Led and built relationships with the government, banks, companies, leasing institutions, and local communities.
- Monitoring accounting and management processes, as well as human resources.
Requirements :
- Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Audit.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum GPA of 3.25.
- Have good analytical thinking, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and are able to work in a team.
- Have a strong knowledge of budget planning, accounting, and financial reporting.
- Must be willing to relocate throughout Indonesia.
