Job Description :
- Responsible to manage the interface between the reservoir, wells, and operational teams and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure that operating fields are producing optimally by evaluating inflow and outflow performance between the reservoir, wellbore, and surface facility.
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering or other related Engineering disciplines.
- Minimum of 12 years of working experience as Production Engineer in the oil and gas industry, with at least 5 years of experience in Gas Production.
- Well intervention or workover experience in horizontal wells.
- Well intervention or workover experience in carbonate reservoirs.
- Experience in high pressure – high temperature (HPHT) gas wells.
- Experience in handling sand production problems.
- Experience in drilling new wells or new development wells will be an advantage.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments for oil and gas field operations.
- Strong knowledge of Petroleum & Production Engineering.
- Technical knowledge of oil and gas, as well as international standards relating to well integrity.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Nodal Analysis, Production Logging, Tubing Movement & Stress Analysis for Dynamic Producing/Stimulation Conditions, Well Interventions and Workover, Well Stimulation, and Well Integrity.
- Proficiency in operating Pipesim, Prosper, WellFlo, and SafeWells.
- Ability to assess and rationalize complex data to formulate operational and engineering plans and strategies.
