Job Requirements :
- Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate, Diploma (D3) preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative work, warehouse/hub operations, or logistics is preferred.
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic data entry systems.
- Detail-oriented and accurate in recording and verifying data.
- Ability to work with schedules, delivery documents, and inventory lists.
- Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.
- Basic understanding of warehouse and delivery processes is an advantage.
- Willing to work in shifts or overtime when required.
- Physically fit to perform both administrative and operational field tasks.
- Willing to be placed on Sungai Pinang, Samarinda
Job Descriptions :
- Handle daily administrative tasks related to incoming and outgoing goods at the hub.
- Prepare, check, and file delivery documents (DO, invoice, manifest, etc.).
- Update inventory data and shipment status in the system accurately.
- Coordinate with drivers, couriers, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with physical tasks such as sorting, moving, and arranging packages in the warehouse.
- Support the Supervisor in preparing operational reports.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation for audit purposes.
