Job Description :
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of production teams to meet established targets and objectives
- Monitoring production processes, identifying and resolving issues to maintain optimal efficiency and quality
- Providing leadership, coaching and support to team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Implementing and enforcing health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
- Analysing production data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth and seamless operations
- Reporting on production performance and providing recommendations to management
- Strengthen shop floor management system through good man power arrangement,
- Ensuring production process
- Handling violence
- Skill up operator
- Handling safety, quality problem in line, and abnormality management based on genchi-genbutsu.
- Responsible on production process
Qualification :
- Male with maximum 29 years
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar team leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment
- Must have Diploma degree (D3) on Industrial/ Mechanical/ Manufacture/ Electrical/ Mechatronic/ Chemical Engineering major with Minimum GPA : 3.00
- Have a potential and experience as a leader (Able to lead a group)
- Strong technical understanding of production processes, machinery and quality control
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with production planning, scheduling and inventory management
- Proficient in using relevant production management software and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations in the manufacturing industry
- Willing to be located in Sidoarjo, East Java
- Willing to work on shift and open for an overtime work schedule
