- Developing needed skill sets and ownership in a workforce that is being introduced to new technologies and construction techniques.
- Management of manpower to ensure positions are filled in timely manner.
- Ensuring that the construction schedules match the aggressive production ramp up schedules.
Minimum Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil / mechanical engineering or business with 2 years experiences in UG Mining or Associate degree in Engineering (D3) with minimum experience of total 5 years.
- Experience in UG construction project
- Experience in setting up scheduling systems, running projects and business management.
