Job Description:
- Fixed Asset and Capex Reporting officer will be responsible for monitoring fixed asset and capex spend recording, hygiene, APM, GFCF and supporting strategic business operation. Capex & FA officer will collaborate with various department especially project team and all fixed asset owner.
Duties and Responsibilites:
- Ensuring all capital spend and fixed asset register following APM rule.
- Review and analyze capital work in progress
- Forecast capex spending & prepare related reports
- Maintain accurate records of fixed asset acquisition, transfer and disposal
- Conduct fixed asset verification and implementation of corrective action
- Ensure proper tagging
- Monitor monthly depreciation
- Support on tax & financial audit
- Compliance to GFCF controls
Requirement & Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in fixed asset within a manufacturing company.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- General knowledge and experience with the FICO SAP Module.
- Experience using ERP (SAP FICO) in the oleochemical industry is an added advantage.
- High degree of integrity, personal discipline, and a strong work ethic.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to respond and deliver under pressure.
- Highly numerate, analytical, and attentive to detail.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and an open mind.
