Job Description :
- Content Optimization: Guide merchants in enhancing their store visuals and product listings to attract and convert users effectively.
- Promotional Strategy: Assist in designing and executing impactful campaigns tailored to each merchant’s business needs.
- Ads & Exposure Management: Coordinate ad placements and leverage platform exposure opportunities to boost merchant visibility.
- Customer Experience Improvement: Monitor refund and complaint trends to provide actionable insights and support better customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
- Mandarin communication skills preferred.
- Graduated from bachelor’s degree (S1) from all majors, preferably from business, management, marketing, and e-business development.
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
- Strong execution and learning ability; open-minded and adaptable to new workflows.
- Awareness of F&B trends and online consumer behavior in Indonesia is a plus.
