Duties and Responsibilities :
Under the supervision of senior management, the Management Trainee (General) will be responsible for:
- Assisting management in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
 - Supporting cross-departmental projects to improve efficiency and performance.
 - Conducting research, data analysis, and preparing reports for management decisions.
 - Participating in presentations, meetings, and management reviews.
 - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of projects.
 - Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements.
 - Preparing for leadership responsibilities through on-the-job training and mentorship.
 
Qualifications and Experience :
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline from a top or reputable university.
 - Minimum GPA: 3.25/4.00 (preferred).
 
Experience:
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
 - Internship or organizational leadership experience is an advantage.
 - Experience in aviation or fast-paced industries is a plus.
 
Certifications:
- Not required, but leadership or management-related certifications are an advantage.
 
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required.
 - Good command of English (written and spoken) is essential.
 
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 - Strong analytical and presentation skills.
