Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent
- Required language(s): English
- At least have 3 years of sales area supervisor work experiences in Automotive OEM brands
- Good analytical thinking and details oriented
- Good interpersonal and self-driven
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding the business of Automotive Industry, especially related to marketing and sales area
Responsibilities :
- Monitor daily sales activity of Dealer in order to ensure sales activity implemented properly
- Analyze sales against stock of Dealer in monthly basis in order to recommend proper stock to support sales achievement
- Monitor and analyze automotive market data and market share of each Dealer coverage area in monthly basis in order to predict market opportunity for coming month
- Monitor competitor’s sales program and marketing activity in monthly basis in order to analyse impact to our sales and program/marketing activity we would like to carry out
- Monitor and review Dealer marketing activity plan and report in monthly basis in order to ensure Dealer can carry-out properly
- Support to fleet administration process such as checking the completness and validity of claim document from Dealer and forward to internal process
- Arrange regional meeting and prepare the presentation and discussion material including data and analysis report in order to support regular review by Regional Sales Manager
