Job Description :
- Performing scheduled and preventive maintenance on a variety of mechanical equipment, including motors, pumps, compressors, and other industrial machinery
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues, and implementing effective solutions to ensure optimal performance
- Conducting inspections, testing, and analysis to identify potential problems and develop proactive maintenance strategies
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimise disruptions to production
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve maintenance processes and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations
- Running Mechanical control system
- Perform routine maintenance on industrial equipment
- Make a plan in the use of machine/ robotic
- Fix issues from production machines/ other electronic equipment for management/ operational purposes
- Implement basic knowledge of K3 & 5S
- Able to analyze & troubleshot machine damage and make machine condition reports
- Responsible on duty based on working instructions related to mechanical maintenance and repair
Job Requirements :
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
- Male with maximum age 30 years old
- Able to work as a team
- At least 2 years experience on same/ related field/ Maintenance on Manufacture
- Able to speak and write in English
- Willing to work in Sidoarjo, East Java
- Willing to work in shift and open for an over time/ emergency working schedule
- Relevant experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the manufacturing or production environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve mechanical issues
- Proficient in the use of maintenance tools, equipment, and software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential risks
- Looking for a sustainable working place until pension/ retired
