Job Requirements :
- Fresh graduates or final-year students from all majors (no more classes)
- Internship experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment (not mandatory, but a plus)
- Good and effective communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Job Description :
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team in the recruitment and selection process
- Manage candidate databases and perform regular data updates
- Assist in the screening and shortlisting process
- Coordinate interview schedules and other selection processes
- Assist in creating recruitment reports and data analysis
- Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor
