Responsibilities :
- Implement aviation safety policies and procedures while providing comprehensive training to ground handling personnel to ensure full compliance.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits, manage reporting and investigation of incidents, identifying hazards and recommending effective corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed safety records, prepare thorough reports, and ensure timely submission to management and regulatory authorities.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze safety data, develop improvement initiatives, and assist in updating emergency response plans to ensure preparedness.
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferably majoring in Aviation Management.
- Experience in safety management systems, risk assessment, and incident investigations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with creative solution development.
- Effective collaborator across all organizational levels.
- Clear communicator skilled in presenting complex ideas simply.
- Excellent at conveying safety information and leading training sessions.
- Detail-oriented with strong data analysis skills, software proficiency, and fluent English communication.
