Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Monitoring & reporting Employee fulfillment
- Using media social to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationship with candidates.
- Develop recruitment strategy to fulfill manpower requirement
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree majoring in Psychology
- Minimum 2 years experience as a recruitment or talent acquisition
- Having background in Retail or F&B will be an advantage.
- Having experience in psychological assessment (BEI) & conduct psychological testing and scoring
- Able to operate HRIS, Google Suites, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, & Canva
- Strong analytical skills, adaptability and creative
- Willing to be placed in Alam Sutera, Tangerang
