Job Description :
- Responsible to provide administrative, coordination, and reporting support for the logistics organization in the Surabaya office. The focus is on enabling smooth day-to-day operations by centralizing data management, documentation, and communication activities, with major responsibilities:
- Operational Administration & Coordination:
- Maintain schedules, planning records, and logistics databases.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure readiness of materials, resources, and documentation.
- Support day-to-day execution by tracking progress and escalating issues when needed.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare, update, and distribute daily/weekly activity reports.
- Keep accurate records for work orders, permits, invoices, and vendor documentation.
- Archive completed files for audits and compliance purposes.
- Vendor & Budget Support:
- Follow up with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and proper paperwork.
- Collect and submit supporting documents for invoices and payments
- Track and record operational expenses to support budget monitoring.
- Operational Administration & Coordination:
Requirements :
- Diploma (D3) in any related major.
- Have minimum 3 years work experience, especially in Oil and Gas industry.
- Have good knowledge in Logistic operation and material is a plus.
- Have good understanding in Offshore operation, cost effective manner and work efficiency.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) is preferrable.
- Willingness and availability to travel to site locations for vendor supervision and activity monitoring.
- Have self-motivated, quick learning, good interpersonal skill, supervisory skill, leadership, analysis skill, dynamic player, integrity, initiative, achievement oriented, ability to work under pressure, sense of responsibility and HSSE concern.
