Qualifications :
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Hospitality Management
- Fluent in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken
- Having other international language will be a plus point
- Knowledgeable in front office operations
- Customer Service oriented
- Proficient in operating computers
- Well-groomed
- Pleasant personality
Job Description :
- Provide excellent service to the tenants
- Coordinate all incoming requests, complaints and inquiries that will be distributed to the related departements
- Establish good communication and relationship with the tenants
- Maintain latest tenant’s database and update the latest tenant’s information
- Knowledgeable in products and services for residence’s daily activities
