Responsibilities :
- Responsible for developing and optimizing the Human Capital Information System (HCIS), managing employee data and payroll processes, and enhancing business efficiency through digital and process improvements
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) from Information System Major and other related major
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 from a reputable university
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of business process mapping, SOP development, and continuous improvement principles
- Experience or interest in managing ISO 9001:2015 or other quality management system is a plus
- Proficient in using computers (Microsoft Office, Internet literacy)
- Fluent in spoken and written English
