Description:
- We are looking for a Staff Hospitality Service whose job is to directly monitor the implementation of Frontliner service behavior to ensure compliance with company service standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and ensure consistent implementation of service standards across all areas;
- Collect and process monitoring data and compile daily, weekly, and monthly service evaluation summaries;
- Observation of Frontliner Training Implementation, including monitoring the effectiveness of the application of training materials in the field;
- Compile and deliver service improvement recommendations
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, psychology, communication or any related field.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience;
- Able to operate Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and good Public Speaking skill.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Have good and effective communication services;
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with the team and a fast learner person.
