What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar HR role.
- Good understanding of HR law, recruitment and training process.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other digital tools.
- Great communicator, positive attitude, energetic, and hardworking.
- Having HR certifications or completed HR trainings is definitely a plus point!
What You’ll Do:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Support HR operations including policy implementation, employee relations, and documentation.
- Be involved in training & people development programs.
- Coordinate assessment centers: plan, execute, and prepare reports.
- Make sure everything we do aligns with HR laws and company policies.
- Support general office administrative procedures to ensure smooth HR operations.
