General Requirements :
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in any major
 - A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in payroll or compensation & benefits (Please include detailed job responsibilities from previous companies in your CV)
 - Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS regulations, and employee-related taxation
 - Proficient in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
 - Detail-oriented, disciplined, and possesses strong leadership skills
 - Good command of English, both written and spoken
 - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a pleasant personality
 - Familiarity with Japanese manufacturing culture, especially in the automotive industry
 - Residing in the Bekasi area
 
Special Requirements :
- Manage the entire montly payroll process, including calculations for salary, allowances, overtime and deducations
 - Ensure compliance with labor and tax regulations, including PPh 21, BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
Perform payroll data reconciliation and ensure the accuracy of employee information - Prepare payroll reports for management review
 - Supervise and provide guidance to the payroll team
 - Maintain and update payroll records and related documentation
