Descriptions:
Oversee and manage chemical management and environment management in plant processing to achieve availability and reliability targets, safe to operate and meet with environmental policy.
- Lead and manage Chemical and Environmental Team in Plant Operation to ensure compliance of operating parameters, Indonesian regulations, operation conditions to keep the plant facilities safe from adverse chemical effects and cure of the affected facility.
- Lead Chemical Team together with Chemical Engineer to manage and monitor the test analysis at laboratory, chemical corrosion aspect of plant systems including boilers, condensers and turbines, and control quality and cost of plant process (coal, fuel oil, water, lube oil, ash, gases and wastewater etc.) and manage the chemical consumable inventory.
- Lead Environmental Team together with Environmental Engineer to manage and control of the quality of water, wastewater, solid waste, cooling tower seawater and emission gas etc, monitor the environmental parameters as per AMDAL and RKL, and make environmental routine reports based on the Indonesian regulations, International and lender’s rule.
Requirements and qualifications:
- Minimum15 years of experience in CFPP on relate field and 10 years in relate position
- Experience in managing chemical and environmental functions on plant operation with proven records on chemical management
- Experience in unit outage and maintenance overhaul
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related study of power plant is preferrable
- Experience in large capacity CFPP (above 500 MW) with Super Critical or Ultra Super Critical Boiler will be an advantage
- Has good understanding and exposure on Integrated Management System that includes quality, environmental and occupational health and safety
- Having skill related certification or license will be an advantage
- Proven active English communication skill (verbal and written) is a must
- Willing to work in Cirebon
