Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute social media content strategies in alignment with brand objectives and campaign goals, supported by well planned weekly content calendars.
- Create and manage high quality content, including coordinating with internal teams or external creators, and ensuring all materials follow brand guidelines, visual standards, and tone of voice.
- Oversee daily posting activities and maintain an organized workflow for content planning, production, and publishing.
- Monitor audience interactions; including comments, direct messages, tags, mentions and respond promptly and professionally to maintain strong engagement and positive community relations.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and overall account growth.
- Stay updated on platform trends, new features, and algorithm changes, and apply relevant developments to enhance content performance and brand presence.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and coordinate with influencers or external partners when necessary to support campaigns and brand initiatives.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and best practices, with proficiency in Instagram Insights or similar tools.
- Basic photo/video editing skills and familiarity with commonly used content creation applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, including the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience with influencer coordination or creator partnerships, as well as involvement in brand-building activities and general digital marketing concepts.
