- Product Experience and Innovation is responsible for bridging consumer insight, brand soul, and design strategy to create impactful product solutions. This role ensures that product concepts are rooted in consumer needs and translated into compelling product experiences — visually, functionally, and emotionally.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Visual Communication, or related fields.
- Experience in product development, consumer research, and design (FMCG/lifestyle a plus).
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Strategic thinker with aesthetic sensibility & awareness of design trends.
- Skilled in creating briefs and translating consumer insights into product/design direction.
Responsibilities :
- Discover consumer needs and trends through research, community visits, and collaboration with external partners.
- Design product solutions that solve consumer pain points and define clear USPs (formula, packaging, or both).
- Build creative briefs and define design routes aligned with brand narrative and target persona.
- Co-create packaging and product experience concepts with design teams, test with consumers, and finalize design.
- Craft key product stories and communication angles to deliver a strong, end-to-end product experience.
