Requirements :
- Minimum A diploma in any field, a degree in air transport, tourism or hospitality is a plus
- Minimum 1-year experience in ticketing and customer service roles (handling international flight is a plus)
- Familiarity with reservation systems
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
