Job Descriptions :
- We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Application Support Engineer Trainee to assist in ensuring our software applications run smoothly. You will learn how to investigate issues, provide user support, and work alongside developers and QA teams to solve problems and improve system performance.
Requirements :
- Fresh graduates in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Eager to learn application architecture, backend/frontend logic, and logs.
- Has knowledge of Linux/Unix and database.
- Willing to work in shifts or on-call rotation if required in the future.
- Willingness to participate in a 1-year on-the-job training program.
- Preferably can join immediately (ASAP) and willing to be placed at ASYST Office (Soekarno-Hatta Airport Area)
