Job Descriptoin :
- Ensure all locations comply with company standards, policies, and procedures
- Create and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Organize Barista shift schedules and ensure timely input of inventory reports
- Achieve sales targets by empowering the store team
- Training new Baristas and conduct internal training for the team
- Analyze inventory and sales reports
- Conduct store visits and ensure equipment is functioning properly
- Managing budgets and planning expenditures within the branch’s operating constraints to ensure profitability
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure that the branch meets its goals
- Developing new products or services based on current industry trends or consumer demand
- Placement in East Kalimantan
Job Requirements :
- Preferably Area Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
- 2+ years of retail experience managing 2 or more stores, departments or units, P&L, inventory, operations and customer service
- 2+ years of management experience leading a team of 6 or more, including training and coaching, with strong leadership and communication skills
- Demonstrate Strong Organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and open to change in a fast-moving and dynamic industry
