- Basic Management Development Program (BMDP) Engineering / Mill aimed at developing future leaders in the palm oil sector, this management development programme will provide you with knowledge and skills in management and good agronomy practice. The 6-month programme will be conducted in our plantations ACROSS INDONESIA.
Requirement :
- Maximum 26 years old when starting the program
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) / Diploma 4 majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Agricultural Engineering (TPHP or THP)
- Min GPA 2.85
- No work experience required to apply for this position
- Preferebly have organization experiance
- Willing to attend training for 6 months and service bond for 2 years
- Willing to be placed in all operational areas of PT Smart Tbk.
