Job Description :
- The Finance Management Trainee will work closely with the commercial and production teams which will give insight and knowledge of the specific of the business. This will enable development not only as a finance person but also to become a good business partner.
- Main daily responsibilities will be devised out of areas covering financial and management accounting, commodity risk management, foreign currency risk management and treasury management and taxation.
- Work can revolve around preparation of position reports, monitoring of accounts receivables, foreign currency reports etc.
- The Finance Management Trainee will have the opportunity to work in several areas of finance while closely interacting with other functions of the business.
- As SAP is the finance system of choice for the business, the expectation is that this position will be involved in the SAP processes to achieve their finance related work.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, in Accounting from reputable Universities with min GPA 3,00.
- At least have a 1 year(s) experience or fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Applicants must be willing to work in all operations units (Marunda, Medan, Dumai, Lampung, Surabaya, Tarjun).
