- The BRILiaN Future Leader Program (BFLP) Business Enabler is Bank BRI’s premier management trainee initiative, specially designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders across a wide range of banking functions.
- Whether it’s Human Capital, Procurement, Compliance, Legal, Network Operations, Funding Transactions, or other critical areas. This program also prepares you to take on impactful roles in the banking industry. As a participant, you will embark on a fast-paced, immersive development experience that combines practical, on-the-job training with strategic projects that directly influence the bank’s direction.
- Throughout the program, you will rotate through multiple departments, gaining valuable insights and skills while working closely with experienced mentors and senior leaders. This hands-on exposure allows you to develop a comprehensive understanding of the bank’s operations and challenges.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduates from reputable University.
- Open to all academic majors
- Demonstrated academic or non-academic achievements is highly valued.
- Demonstrated active participation in both organizations and community initiatives, with proven leadership capabilities.
- Achieves a minimum TOEFL or TOEFL Prediction score of 500, IELTS score of 5,5 or equivalent English proficiency certification issued by a recognized institution or authorized provider.
- Age limits:
- Bachelor’s degree graduates: maximum 25 years old (not turning 26 by Dec 31, 2025).
- Master’s degree graduates: maximum 27 years old (not turning 28 by Dec 31, 2025).
- Must be single (unmarried) and committed to remain unmarried throughout the duration of one year trainee program.
- Willing to be assigned to any BRI working office across Indonesia.
