Responsibilities B2B Sales / Sales Project :
- Manage and drive performance national chain/level of bulk cement/Ready Mix and industry customer, maintaining long and valuable relationship to achieve sales target bulk cement and KPM achievement by Implementation of commercial competitive strategy to maintaining company competitive advantages.
- Ensuring good customer relationship management, and good complaint handling.
- Ensuring excellent execution of sales plan and trade marketing promo in field execution, in such a way that comply with code of conduct, competition law, and comply with management system standards: ISO standards, Environment and safety standards, SMKP, and SMP (Security Management system).
- Develop and design potential trade programs and ensure the success of deployment.
- Provide feedbacks on monthly sales planning
- Develop, leverage & manage existing customer portfolio & product mix, at each segmentation, to drive market growth, achieve sales target and KPM.
- Find out opportunities in infrastructure, government project, and any other development where need bulk delivery.
- Provide accountable & reliable competitive market intelligence information (example: competitor price & activity, wallet share, etc)
- Regularly visit to customer to know opportunities for development and to increase goodwill.
- Review daily sales achievement, compare with target, and submit and monitor implementation solution to Group Bulk to achieve remaining target on remaining days.
- SIAS Bulk Tools implementation.
Qualifications :
- Office Location : Balikpapan/Samarinda/Makassar
- Have strong communication skills especially in English language both written and spoken. Having a proficiency in speaking Mandarin/Hokkien is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years experience as Sales Supervisor in Building Materials/Concrete industry
- Strong in implementation of marketing & sales program, and well known concept.
- Education Background : Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) from all major with minimum GPA 3.0
- Outstanding ability in influencing and interpersonal skills with key internal and external stakeholders (Communication Skill).
- Good customer negotiation skill and complaint handling (Negotiation Skill).

- Ability to motivate Sales Force and drive individual effort to achieve desired target
