You will undergo a comprehensive 24-month development program that includes formal training, on-the-job experiences, and mentorship within and across functions.

Qualifications :
- Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and a minimum GPA of 3.00, or candidates with up to two years of work experience.
- Active involvement in organizational or social activities.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Agile, curious, and passionate about growth.
- High ability to analyze complex cases.
- Willingness to be assigned across Indonesia.
