Currently, we have 2 career development programs for Fresh Graduates:
- Cimory Leadership Acceleration Program (CLAP) – Management Trainee
- Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP)
The main difference between CLAP and FGDP is in the focus and learning journey:
- CLAP is a 2-year program with a more strategic journey, designed to develop future leaders through exposure to key projects and cross-functional experiences.
- FGDP is a 1–2 year program that focuses on excellence in daily business processes, helping you strengthen your technical skills and make a real impact in day-to-day operations.

If you are:
- Graduate from a reputable university (overseas graduates are welcome!)
- Majoring in Engineering, Business Management, or Food Science
- Experienced in internships, organizations, and preferably with leadership roles
- Able to communicate in English (preferably with valid TOEFL/IELTS score)
