Job Responsibilities :
- Monitor daily delivery operations across multiple legs (first mile, middle mile, last mile) using real-time dashboards and tracking systems
- Identify and escalate exceptions, delays, or service disruptions to relevant teams and follow through to resolution
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., hub, line haul, customer service) to ensure timely and accurate shipment flow
- Maintain logs and reports on incident handling and resolution for continuous improvement
- Analyze recurring issues and support improvement projects to enhance reliability and reduce defects
- Participate in daily operational stand-ups and reporting activities
- Contribute to SOP development and operational control enhancements
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics operations or supply chain control roles; express logistics experience is a plus
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills; able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with transport management systems (TMS), tracking tools, and Excel/ Sheets
- Good analytical thinking with the ability to interpret operational data
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Willing to work flexible hours, including on-call rotations or weekends if required
